How to Play
With Keyboard: A, D, E, Q, S, Space
Pull the Left or Right boob to move left or right,
Tap on each boob to rotate Clockwise or Counter clockwise,
Tap on head to drop the piece.

Noticed that when using keyboard controls would experience a double movement before das should kick in.
I have recently made my own tetris game and had the same issue that was eventually able to be fixed, it was Godot not unity but maybe my experience can help you in some way.
Originally key input was handled by a built-in function that would run on any new input default feature that every resource had examples to use inputs this way.
Solution: Remove function that will interrupt everything to handle key press, at end of main game frame loop then check if any key has been just pressed. I essentially did not need to change anything but the function and call said function dont know why this fixed it as no resource i found mentions that you can have issues with the "recommended" method.
I've just finished adding a Leveling system as well as adjusting the touch controls of the game.
